1. What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer and cash on delivery.

2. How can I request a refund? To request a refund, contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order. Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.

3. Do you ship to all of Italy? Yes, we ship to all regions of Italy. For orders over €100, shipping is free.

4. Can I change or cancel an order? You can change or cancel an order by contacting us within 12 hours of confirming the order.

5. What should I do if I receive a defective product? If the product is defective, please send us a photo of the product and a description of the problem. We will proceed with the replacement or refund immediately.
